The newly graduated doctor is assigned to a rural area a few months to realize that there was no women in the village and they were all male.
After taking a bit of confidence he asked one of his patients that made them when they need sex and the patient replied that he went to river. weekend arrived and the doctor went to the river, where they found a huge row of men standing on the shore. As well known in the village, the locals will give place to the doctor, until it gets to occupy the first place. look ahead the doctor realizes that there is an ass, and thinks:
'.. Wow! ... Does having sex with an animal? Poor people! And I can not deny now that I have so graciously given their jobs ... '
Fifteen minutes later the doctor to be naked and stuck behind the donkey, while all men in the row looked with respect as he kissed the donkey bit her ears and she grabbed his nipples sweating .. one of the men approached him and asked quietly:
